Step 1 
Arrange a consultation to talk about your cake wishes and share ideas so that we can design the perfect cake or cupcakes for you.

Step 2
We send a detailed baking specification with dates and delivery details for you to check through. At this point you can make any changes prior to sending us your confirmation.

Step 3  
As soon as we have received your confirmation, we will send an invoice for a 50% deposit on your total order value. Payments can be made at our Coffee Shop or via BACS or PayPal.

Step 4
When we receive your deposit, we will go ahead and order any special ingredients, and schedule your cake or cupcakes to be hand baked and decorated in our Cake Studio.

Step 5
We bake and decorate your cake or cupcakes ready for delivery in our special cake trays, or in take-away boxes ready for collection. 

Step 6
If we have arranged to assemble your cake or cupcakes at your chosen venue, we will bring everything with us on the day so that we can do all the setting up for you.

Step 7
Balance of payment is kindly requested two weeks prior to delivery. If we haven't received payment at this time, we will send a reminder.

Step 8

We endeavour to hand deliver all our cakes and cupcakes personally in the Birmingham and Midlands areas. As we are a small team, we cannot always guarantee delivery. 

You are more than welcome to pop in and collect your cakes from our Cake Studio.

For larger orders delivered to different areas in the UK, we do use a courier service so please contact us for further information.
